Sign in to the App4All Android app or at app4all.ch, open your profile (account menu, top right), section “Data & account”, then “Delete my account”. Confirm with your password and email address. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, choose “Get the deletion link”: the link you receive by email leads to the final confirmation.
Immediately and permanently: your account, your content in the 12 apps (notes, photos and videos, appointments, tasks, budget, trips, documents, journal, recipes, conversations with the assistant, transfers), your files, your family shares and your invoices. A running subscription is cancelled at the same time: no further charge remains.
Encrypted backups disappear on their own within 14 days; technical logs are erased by automatic rotation. Stripe keeps, for its legal obligations, a record of payments already made.
Write to contact@app4all.ch from the account's email address asking for its deletion. We confirm it and carry it out within 30 days.
Your profile also offers “Export my data”: a complete copy of your data in JSON format.
