The portal provides a set of personal online applications (notes, photos, calendar, tasks, budget, trips, documents, journal, weather, assistant, document conversion, translation, file transfer). These terms govern the use of the service.
Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
The service offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro) whose limits are described on the Subscription page. Price changes are announced in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page, without notice or justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid: you keep access to the paid features until that date, after which your account automatically returns to the Free plan. Periods already paid are not refunded, not even partially, and no pro rata applies. Your content remains intact after returning to the Free plan; only the apps reserved for paid plans become unavailable. If a charge is clearly mistaken, write to us and we will put it right.
Each account has a personal invitation link in its profile. When someone creates an account through this link and confirms their email address (or signs up with Google or Microsoft), the invited person and the person who invited them each receive one month of the Plus plan, with no payment or commitment. A single account can receive at most twelve months for the people it invites; the invited person always receives theirs. If a plan is already active (paid subscription, gifted plan or plan inherited from the family circle), months earned are kept in reserve and applied automatically when it ends. The free month is neither refundable nor exchangeable for money; at its end, the account returns to the Free plan with no charge. Self-referral, fictitious or mass-created accounts and any circumvention of these rules cancel the months concerned. The operator may change or end the referral programme at any time; months already earned are kept.
Content you save remains yours. You grant the service only the technical right to store, process and display it. Family sharing exposes content only to members you invite, read-only.
You agree not to host unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or compromise the security of the platform.
The service is provided "as is". Daily backups are made, without guarantee of continuous availability. You can export your data at any time from your profile.
Unlike cancelling a subscription, deleting your account erases your content for good. It can be done at any time from your profile; it is immediate and irreversible. The operator may suspend an account in case of violation.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction: registered office of the operator.
